Calendar for Planning Center

with PC, it's always about figuring out which variable to start with. i realized that instead of creating a room reservation form with multiple room choices (something we can't really do without paying more), we could create a form for each room. So now each form is titled according to the room requested.

You can click on Calendar/forms and see them all. then click on any one of them, and 'view public form', to get the link and send to anyone who wants to reserve one.

** We can also create a page in publishing (a landing page) that has links to all the room forms on it, so you will just have one link called something like 'Holy Family Room Reservation Form'. Let me know if you would like this and I'll set it up, and show you how I did.**********

The requester gets the link and fills out a very brief form. there is a drop down for room, but there is only ONE choice - so if it's the chapel form, they can only choose 'chapel'. It's also required so they can't skip this step. And there's an automatic tag that will transfer to the event.

If someone has the link, they can make as many requests as they like, as often as they like.
