Change is hard - there will be resistance!

The goal is INTEGRATION - not having to keep a million different things in a million different places, then try to remember where they are and update them all.

What this means is, there’s a lot of detail work involved in the setup part. But the Good News is: once the system is working, then everything is shared across platforms and communities, and things only have to be updated ONCE.
